Training and Development

Training and development is the field which Federal-Mogul Gorzyce Sp. z o.o. is particularly concerned with. As the employer, we are aware that training courses develop our employees’ skills and competencies and extend their knowledge and that a well-trained work force is the key factor determining success of our organization.

Therefore we provide our employees with access to a wide range of courses and specialist training sessions conducted by our experienced internal experts and well-verified external training agencies. Our employees may also take advantage of online courses available via the corporate Internet platform.

We also encourage our employees to develop their language competencies by participating in language courses with experienced Polish instructors and native speakers organized by Federal-Mogul Gorzyce.

In our employees’ opinion, another valuable source of knowledge and experience is learning new skills and upgrading the existing ones in situations when they work in teams of excellent professionals at home or in other corporate facilities abroad.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for highly motivated individuals committed to their assigned goals and tasks. How to Apply

We encourage you to send your application documents to our Candidate Database online. You can find the information about our current recruitment procedures under the “Career” tab. Once you decide which recruitment procedure and position you are interested in, click the “Apply” button and it will open an application form with on option of attaching your CV and cover letter. If you cannot find any positions of interest, we encourage you to send your online application by clicking the Add to Candidate Database button. When new job offers appear, we will contact some selected candidates.

Recruitment and selection processes

After an initial selection of applications, the approved candidates are invited to an interview at the company’s office in Gorzyce. Interviews during the first phase of the recruitment process are handled by departments/divisions recruiting given candidates. Applicants will meet their line managers and will be able to see their potential workplaces. We assess applicants’ knowledge of a specific subject, aptitude for a particular position and foreign language skills. Candidates who meet the criteria are moved to the second phase of the recruitment process and are invited to interviews with senior executives who will, jointly with department managers, make final hiring decisions. Candidates who have participated in such interviews are notified about the results and completion of the recruitment process by phone or email.

Federal-Mogul Gorzyce is committed to cooperation with local educational institutions, supporting young people with their career decisions. Our key interest is in promoting vocational education and that is why we provide secondary school students with opportunities of work experience so that they could see different practical aspects of their prospective careers. Our “Open Days” event seems to attract a lot of secondary school students.

To reach university graduates, Federal-Mogul Gorzyce presents the scope of its business and job offers via academic career services and at job fairs held by universities and other institutions of higher education. We are present at Job Fair of the University of Science and Technology in Krakow and Academic Job Fair in Rzeszow, among others.

European Graduate Program

European Graduate Program

It is a placement program dedicated to university graduates. The main aim of the project is to educate future leaders.

Candidates who successfully complete a recruitment process (application document review, telephone conversation in English, AC) will be offered a two-year contract which gives them a chance to work every six months in a different location of Federal-Mogul Corporation (EMEA).

They will gain some work experience by participating in various projects under their mentors’ supervision. This way they can get to know practical aspects of work with top class specialists in an international environment and have a chance to make a smooth transition into their future work environment and improve their qualifications so as to be able to work in the capacity of managers in the future.
