1938 The original aluminum foundry established by E. Mieszczański & T. Jaroszewski to manufacture aluminum cookware and small castings for the aviation industry.
1948 Nationalization; the company becomes a branch of WSK Rzeszów.
1949 The Company became a state-owned manufacturer of aluminum, magnesium, and copper alloy castings for the automotive and aerospace industries.
1970 First pistons and piston pins, manufactured for automotive engines and compressors.
1993 First alloy wheels manufactured for passenger cars.
1994 Production of ring carriers for pistons begins.
2001 WSK Gorzyce is acquired by the Federal-Mogul Corporation and renamed Federal?Mogul Gorzyce S.A.
